• Partner closely with Client Relations Editors to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality written responses.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Provide support for client-facing telephone lines at least one day per week, handling inquiries with a professional and client-focused approach.
• Assist with operational functions such as settlement processing, privacy opt-out requests, and special projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal complaint-handling procedures.
