Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Editor & Research Specialist in Raleigh, NC to support certification, compliance, and security documentation by conducting technical research and translating complex engineering concepts into clear, audit-ready content that meets international regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with engineers and security architects, develop and maintain documentation for CC and EUCC certification, review content for accuracy, manage multiple projects, and travel

The Technical Editor & Research Specialist will support certification, compliance, and security documentation initiatives by conducting technical research, developing high-quality written content, and translating complex engineering concepts into clear, structured documentation that aligns with international regulatory requirements.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel as required by program needs.
• Preferred: Experience with Cisco technologies; CCNA and/or CCNP knowledge is highly desirable.

Compensation for the Technical Editor & Research Specialist includes:

• Salary range: $115,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO
