Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Technical Editor to review, edit, and refine intelligence products for accuracy, clarity, and proper classification markings. The role collaborates with intelligence analysts to support production in a 24/7 operational environment.

The ideal candidate has DoD Top Secret clearance, extensive editing experience with intelligence materials, and knowledge of IC and DIA style guidelines. Onsite work in the New England region is expected.

Qualifications

  • Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance required.
  • Experience reviewing and editing written intelligence products with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Community Authorized Classification and Control Markings, DIA Style Guide, and ICD 203.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review and edit intelligence products for grammar, punctuation, spelling, syntax, clarity, and consistency.
  • Ensure intelligence products comply with Community Authorized Classification and Control Markings, DIA Style Guide, ICD 203, and applicable IC standards.
  • Work closely with analysts and intelligence professionals to improve the quality, accuracy, and readability of finished intelligence products.
  • Ensure complex intelligence information is presented clearly and appropriately for different audiences.
  • Support intelligence editing and production requirements in a 24/7 operational environment.
