Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies (BV Teck) is seeking a Technical Editor to review, edit, and refine intelligence products ensuring accuracy, clarity, and IC style compliance. The role requires coordinating with analysts and supporting production in a 24/7 environment.

The qualified candidate will hold a DoD Top Secret clearance and have experience editing intelligence materials to high standards, including familiarity with classification markings and the ICD 203 guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance required.
• Experience reviewing and editing written intelligence products with a high degree of accuracy.
• Knowledge of Community Authorized Classification and Control Markings, DIA Style Guide, and ICD 203.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Education/experience combinations: Associate's degree +8+ years; Bachelor's +4+ years; Master's +2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit intelligence products for grammar, punctuation, spelling, syntax, clarity, and consistency.
• Ensure products comply with classification markings, DIA Style Guide, ICD 203, and IC standards.
• Collaborate with analysts to improve quality, accuracy, and readability of finished products.
• Present complex intelligence clearly for audiences with varying backgrounds.
• Support editing and production requirements in a 24/7 operational environment.
