Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Editor/Graphic Designer supporting Test Operations and Sustainment (TOS) at Arnold AFB, Tennessee.

The Technical Editor/Graphic Designer's primary responsibilities include planning, writing and editing, proofreading, coordinating production of simple to highly complex documents and other print and electronic media for accuracy, consistency, professional quality, and conformance to appropriate style guide and to develop

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Experience with editing and graphic design for print and digital media.
• Ability to follow style guides and produce consistent documents.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements with customers/authors and coordinate project production.
• Format, edit, and produce documents and media including templates and styles.
• Develop and maintain forms.
• Quality checks for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain master documents and resource files.
• Update internal and external SharePoint sites.
• Create graphics for brochures, banners, infographics and other media.
• Maintain presentation templates.
• Manage design projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate on graphics for marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with off-site vendors for delivery of quality products.
• Provide design support for events.
• Back up for TOS Public Affairs graphic designer.
