Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Technical Editor Advisor to support NETCOM at Fort Huachuca, AZ. The role focuses on editing, creating, reviewing, and updating technical documents for the U.S. Army and Fort Huachuca location.

You will ensure documents follow Army Writing Style, maintain formatting and accuracy, and collaborate with authors to deliver precise content. Role requires a Secret clearance and 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Associates of Arts degree required.
• Minimum 2+ years of related experience.
• Information Technology skills as required.
• Security clearance at Secret level.
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Researches, prepares, and edits technical documents.
• Works with authors to deliver documents that meet Army Writing Style.
• Draft, write, edit, proofread, and provide comments to team documents.
• Ensure formatting, grammar, spelling, and numbering are correct in all documents.
