Technical Editor / Delivery Management team

FLSA Status: Exempt
Reports To: Team Coordinator (IT/Delivery Management)
Job Overview: The Technical Editor will play a vital role in capturing internal knowledge and transforming it into durable, high-value content. This content will benefit Coroniss customers, executives, and employees by making it accessible to non-specialists and publishing it on appropriate internal and external platforms.
The Technical Editor's daily work involves collaborating with subject-matter experts inside and outside the Coronis IT division, as well as reviewing artifacts to find information for content development. This position will support multiple concurrent projects. The Technical Editor will also evaluate content impact using quantitative metrics and other measures.
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collaborate with IT team members, especially project managers, to create, capture, assess, and organize documents, recordings, images, datasets, and artifacts.
• Support the development and implementation of IT processes.
• Document new and existing features, user interfaces, and other aspects within software development teams.
• Assist in developing training materials.
• Edit deliverables from technical writers and content producers.
• Analyze content performance over time and recommend improvements.
