Job summary

BEA is seeking a Product Documentation Specialist to own the technical documentation across the product lifecycle. You will translate complex technologies into clear, actionable materials and collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Technical Services, and Marketing to ensure consistent content and successful product adoption.

The role involves creating manuals, guides, diagrams, and training materials, while supporting localization for global launches and maintaining documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Technical Communication, Industrial Technology or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or related technical roles.
• Experience creating technical documentation and instructional content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain installation manuals, user guides, application notes, quick-start guides, wiring diagrams, troubleshooting guides, technical bulletins, and training materials.
• Ensure documentation accurately reflects product functionality throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Technical Services, and Marketing to release content.
• Support localization and translation for global launches.
• Create diagrams, screenshots, and instructional content to improve understanding.
