Qualifications

• MUST have extensive AAA game development experience across multiplatform titles.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in game networking, online services, and backend integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and management for the Partner Success TAM and Solution Engineering teams.
• Own technical strategy for partner engagements from architecture to SDK implementation and support.
• Grow and mentor TAMs and Solution Engineers to build technical depth.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and vertical leads to reflect real integration complexity.
• Serve as escalation point for complex partner integrations.
• Build and champion AI-powered workflows to speed up delivery.
• Identify gaps and drive changes to the operating model as needed.
• Lead through influence across teams and stakeholders.
