Job summary

St. Augustine Preparatory Academy seeks a Technical Production Manager to oversee the Performing Arts Center operations and lead technical productions across South and North Campuses.

This role requires coordinating schedules, equipment, and technical needs to ensure safe, high-quality events aligned with the artistic vision. You will mentor student crews, manage teams, and work with directors, teachers, and external partners to deliver seamless performances.

Qualifications

• Experience in live event production or technical theatre preferred.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot sound, lighting, projection, video, and staging.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Performing Arts Center.
• Coordinate PAC scheduling, setup, and technical requirements.
• Lead and mentor student tech crews and production staff.
• Plan and execute theatre productions, concerts, and events from concept to post-event evaluation.
• Collaborate with directors, teachers, and vendors to fulfill creative visions.
