VRIZE is seeking a Technical Director to bridge strategy and execution for enterprise solutions and delivery. You will engage CIOs, CTOs, and senior engineering leaders to shape architectures and drive programs from discovery to deployment.

The role emphasizes leadership across architecture, delivery, and development, guiding complex transformations, cloud modernization, data/AI, and security while ensuring outcomes align with business goals for scalable, profitable engagements.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in technology, architecture, engineering, consulting, or transformation.
• Proven record of leading enterprise initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Direct experience advising senior technology executives.
• Hands-on background in architecture, engineering, or delivery: built and delivered, not only advised.

• Stay engaged from presales through implementation and operationalization.
• Partner with delivery leadership for scalable, commercially viable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership on complex and at-risk engagements.
• Ensure continuity between vision, sales, and delivery.
• Partner with Sales on strategic enterprise opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery, solution strategy, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and executive presentations.
• Shape delivery models, estimates, staffing, and commercial assumptions.
• Grow strategic accounts by identifying meaningful technology opportunities.
• Mentor architects, engineering leaders, and technical consultants.
• Set high standards for architecture, engineering, and delivery.
• Build strategic relationships with hyperscalers and technology partners.

VRIZE is looking for a technical leader who connects strategy to execution. You'll work directly with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Architects, and engineering leaders to understand complex business and technology challenges. What You'll Do

Technical Strategy & Executive Advisory

• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Chief Architects, and senior engineering leaders
• Lead executive discovery, technology strategy, transformation roadmaps, and architecture discussions
