Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Sr. Technical Designer for Women's Wovens to lead production technical packages and ensure brand standards across factories.

The role emphasizes patternmaking, garment construction, and accurate fit direction, with a need to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced office environment. Excel proficiency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with women's dresses and/or sportswear.
• Patternmaking experience is a big plus.
• Problem Solver who can conduct fittings, manage their own workload and work effectively, while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Demonstrates excellenttime management and prioritization skillswhile working on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented and possess organizational skills; ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy. Able to work independently with littledirectionand in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and computer skills. Excel is a must, Outlook, Word, Illustrator.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Technical Designer will be involved in all aspects of technical design and should have the proven ability to create production specific technical packages in Excel format.
