Job summary

JobTailor in Seattle, WA seeks a skilled Production Fitting and Pattern Making specialist to ensure fit and construction align with brand requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to meet calendar milestones and develop consistent fit sheets for factories.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in production fitting, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, MS Office, and PLM systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel Design, Pattern Making or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in production fitting and pattern making.
  • Ability to demonstrate capabilities through fit test.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and MS Office Suite.
  • Product Lifecycle Management system experience required.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Full understanding of grade rules and tolerances.
