Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a skilled Technical Designer to evaluate samples for compliance with specs, construction quality, and fit. You will communicate corrections to overseas vendors using Photoshop or Illustrator and address all garment issues with factory reps.

You will collaborate closely with tech, design, PD and purchasing to ensure design intent is met while maintaining production timelines and deadlines. Meticulous note-taking during sessions ensures accurate information transfer.

Qualifications

• Degree in Apparel Manufacturing
• 5-7 years work experience as a technical design
• In depth knowledge of fabric, apparel, materials, construction and fit
