Oxford Industries Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Technical Design professional to lead fit, construction, and workmanship across menswear lines, from wovens to outerwear.

You will create and manage detailed tech packs, size sets, and PLM records, collaborating with Design to translate concepts into production-ready specifications. The role requires a strong eye for proportion, 3+ years in technical design or garment development, and proficiency with PLM, Excel, and Illustrator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in technical design or garment development.
• Proficiency in PLM systems, MS Excel and Adobe Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design and Product Development to ensure design intent and high-quality fit and workmanship.
• Manage multiple categories across menswear, ensuring consistency across styles.
• Create and maintain tech packs, flat sketches, measurement specs, and construction details.
• Develop size charts based on brand measurements, grade rules, and tolerances.
• Maintain updates in PLM focusing on sizing, fit standards, and development feedback.
• Conduct fit sessions, manage fit models, and communicate notes to overseas partners.
