Kontoor Brands, Inc. seeks a Technical Designer to lead complete technical development of pattern-making and specifications from early seasonal concepts to final sampling.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams to meet Go-to-Market milestones and ensure production-ready packaging with accurate technical details. The role requires 5+ years in apparel manufacturing with deep knowledge of pattern development, construction specs, and material finalization, plus proficiency in Illustrator and

Qualificações

• 5+ years of apparel manufacturing experience with pattern and technical development.
• Experience in product development, sourcing or operations within apparel.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manages pre-production pattern development, technical construction specs, and material finalization to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborates with Production Technical Design to prepare production-ready packages for Field manufacturing, overseas offices, and vendors.
• Executes design/merchandising changes to ensure accurate bulk production.
• Maintains up-to-date information in current tools and systems and manages asset libraries.
• Develops fit blocks in pattern development using 2D/3D methods and manages BOMs, labeling, and packaging standards.
• Acts as a technical resource to resolve pattern, construction, quality, and system issues in pre-production.
• Promotes adoption of new technology and participates in training and development.
