Responsibilities include creating tech packs, graded specs, BOMs, and leading FIT sessions; evaluating prototypes; and communicating with overseas factories to approve or reject samples while ensuring consistency across sizes and production runs.

Qualifications

• Be proficient in both Men’s and Women’s FITs across categories.
• Attention to detail and be able to multitask.
• Daily communication with overseas factories and internal teams.
• Be able to manage multiple brands and work through deadlines.
• Must have live fit experience.
• Ability to work in high-volume department and work cross functionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands.

Responsibilities

• Work with both Men's and Women's teams.
• Create and maintain Tech Packs, Graded Specs, BOMs, construction details.
• Schedule and Lead FIT sessions and evaluate Protos, FIT, PP, and TOP samples for FIT, measurements, and construction.
• Issue FIT comments, pattern corrections, and sample approvals or rejections to overseas factories.
• Ensure consistency of FIT, grading, and construction across all sizes and production runs.
• Manage multiple styles, calendars, and deadlines across seasonal development.
• Work with Design and Production to resolve all FIT issues.
