Job summary

CTS International seeks a Technical Designer to support the Minuteman program at Hill Air Force Base, Ogden, UT. The role involves design, drafting, and configuration management tasks, with responsibilities including creating and revising CAD drawings and working closely with program managers.

The ideal candidate will need experience with CAD tools and a strong understanding of engineering processes. This position lasts for 12+ months with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications

• Experience with Computer Aided Design tools (AutoCAD, CATIA, & NX).
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints and specifications.
• Education or experience in Technical Design or Engineering related fields.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain engineering drawings.
• Prepare design layouts and modify existing designs.
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing process or engineering-related issues.

Skills

Computer Aided Design tools (AutoCAD, CATIA, & NX)

Microsoft tools (Word, Power Point, Excel)

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Knowledge of manufacturing processes

Education

Advanced education (e.g., Associate degree)
