Job summary

Fourth Floor in New York seeks a Technical Designer to lead fit sessions, review samples, and ensure the balance, mobility, and silhouette across all stages from proto to TOP. You will craft precise fit comments for international factories and drive corrective actions with global partners to maintain high-quality development.

The role requires collaboration with overseas teams on construction revisions, pattern updates, and resolving fit-related issues during sample development, ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of garment construction, patternmaking, and fit.
• Ability to analyze fit issues and provide solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working with overseas factories and managing sample development is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, PLS systems, Microsoft Excel, Measurement specification software.
