Job summary

Fourth Floor in New York is seeking a Technical Design Manager to lead the technical design and development of children’s apparel across global teams.

You will drive cross-functional alignment from concept through production, implement SOPs, and push for product integrity, quality, and safety.

The role requires a deep knowledge of fit, grading, textiles, and 3D patternmaking, with travel to regional sourcing offices or factories as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical Design experience within kids apparel.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering or equivalent.
• Expertise in Children's and Baby clothing, including fit, grading, and product integrity and safety.
