Responsibilities

• Manage the Technical Design team for pre-production pattern development.
• Collaborate closely with Product Development.
• Communicate design changes to Production promptly.
• Develop standard operating procedures for materials management.
• Serve as a technical problem-solving resource.
• Oversee training and development of team members.
