Job summary

Nextiva in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking a Technical Demo Engineer to maintain and enhance our demo ecosystem, partnering with Solution Consultants to deliver compelling demonstrations. This pre‑sales technical role focuses on demo environments, tenant management, integrations, and enabling the solutions consulting team.

You will design and update demos across product platforms, tailor content to customer use cases and industries, and provide feedback to product and engineering to keep demos

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in Demo Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales.
• 1+ years of CCaaS experience.
• Fluent in English with strong communication.
• Fundamental knowledge of Python, JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience building and delivering product demos.
• Comfort with conversational AI and contact center tech.
• Ability to communicate with technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-impact product demos across product platforms.
• Customize demos to reflect customer use cases and industries.
• Ensure demos highlight control, reliability, scalability, and readiness.
• Evolve demo content with new features, roadmap updates, and feedback.
• Partner with Solution Consultants throughout the sales cycle.
• Support architectural discussions and solution validation sessions.
• Provide business-driven demo consulting to customers.
• Standardize demo best practices and reusable assets.
• Train sales teams on positioning and leveraging demos.
• Coordinate updates with Services Delivery for demo environments.
