Job Summary: The Technical Delivery specialist is responsible for supporting the successful implementation of technical solutions within client projects at an IT Professional Services Firm. This role involves working closely with project teams to deliver high-quality technical services, ensuring client requirements are met effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, great communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs. We are looking for someone with desktop PC support, imaging computer, downloading software, installing PCS and computers, day to day operations, inventory management, working in excel to put together reports, walk the floors with the client, attention to detail. The scope of work is centered around PC deployments, windows upgrades, computer imaging, RAM upgrades, anything related to desktop computers, and PC Desktop support.

Associate's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience; relevant certifications are an advantage
Must have worked onsite in a hospital or healthcare setting
2+ years of experience in a technical delivery, implementation, Pc upgrades, helping with windows upgrades
Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Familiarity with network infrastructure, end user technology (EUT), hardware lifecycle processes, and basic project delivery methodologies
