Job summary

Blue Signal is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead AI infrastructure programs in a hybrid Bay Area setting. You will oversee planning, design, and commissioning of national, mission-critical facilities, coordinating engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role requires 7+ years of program management experience in large-scale infrastructure, with strong Agile practice, exceptional communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of technical project or program management experience leading complex infrastructure deployments.
• Experience delivering mission critical facilities, data center infrastructure, or other large scale construction programs.
• Strong understanding of modular construction approaches along with MEP coordination.
• Proven ability to lead multiple cross functional infrastructure initiatives simultaneously while maintaining schedule, quality, and budget objectives.
• Experience working within Agile project delivery environments.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the United States as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct multiple AI infrastructure initiatives through every stage of execution, from planning and design through commissioning and operational readiness.
• Lead schedules, budgets, scope, and execution activities across multiple concurrent infrastructure programs located throughout the United States.
• Coordinate internal teams, engineering partners, contractors, equipment suppliers, and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum and successful delivery.
• Oversee mission critical infrastructure activities involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, power, cooling, and modular construction systems.
• Support deployment readiness for advanced compute environments, including equipment installation, infrastructure integration, and final site acceptance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans while proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and communicating progress to executive leadership.
• Foster collaboration across engineering, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, construction, and operations teams to achieve project milestones.
• Apply Agile project management principles to improve execution, transparency, and cross functional coordination.
• Standardize project management practices, reporting methodologies, and operational processes that support continued organizational growth.
• Travel to project locations throughout the United States as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting GPU infrastructure, high performance computing environments, or advanced technology deployments.
• Familiarity with modern project management and collaboration platforms, including tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or another technical discipline.
• PMP, PMI ACP, Scrum Master, or related project management certification.
