Key initiatives include:

  • Delivering gigawatts of critical infrastructure across multiple concurrent data center projects.
  • Reinventing traditional construction processes to maximize speed, efficiency, and scalability.

Travel: 80–100% to active project sites.

This is a field-based leadership role requiring extensive travel to oversee multiple concurrent construction projects.

What You\'ll Do
  • Lead construction operations across multiple gigawatt-scale AI infrastructure projects, with responsibility for schedule, cost, quality, and safety.

  • Identify and remove execution risks before they impact critical path milestones.
  • Standardize construction processes and best practices across multiple projects to improve speed, consistency, and scalability.
  • Drive constructability feedback into engineering, manufacturing, and design teams to eliminate recurring field issues.
  • Oversee project execution from preconstruction through commissioning while ensuring operational excellence across the portfolio.
  • Develop reporting, metrics, and governance processes that provide clear visibility into project health and performance.
What We\'re Looking For
  • Extensive experience leading construction operations across multiple large-scale industrial, hyperscale, mission-critical, semiconductor, or data center projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to manage general contractors and project teams on highly complex schedules and consistently deliver critical milestones.
  • Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling and the ability to identify schedule risks and develop recovery strategies.
  • Experience translating lessons learned into standardized processes across multiple projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments with incomplete information.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, commissioning, and operations.
  • Willingness to travel 80–100% to active construction sites across North America.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in modular or prefabricated construction.
  • Experience with design-build project delivery.
  • Self-perform construction management experience.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Competitive base salary plus equity opportunity.
