Job summary

Syren in New Jersey is seeking a senior Project/Program Manager or Technical Delivery Manager with 12+ years of experience to lead large enterprise technology programs.

You will drive delivery using Agile/Scrum, coordinate diverse stakeholders, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver high-impact solutions on time and within scope. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Project/Program Management or Technical Delivery Management.
• Strong experience managing enterprise technology projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Experience in Data, Cloud, Analytics, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Applications projects (preferred).
• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred (preferred).
• Experience working with regulated industries is a plus (preferred).
