Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional product teams and remove impediments to delivery. You will act as Scrum Master for multiple squads, aligning strategies with business goals and ensuring smooth CI/CD deployments.

You will identify risks, manage dependencies, coach teams, and communicate progress to stakeholders. A background in enterprise projects, API work, and agility is preferred, with a focus on efficient ceremonies and hands-on collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Project/Delivery Management or related role on large enterprise projects.
• 3+ years experience with onshore & offshore development teams.
• 3+ years experience with API development teams and API validation.
• 2+ years experience validating APIs using Postman, JMeter, SoapUI, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify and remove impediments to delivery across multiple squads.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and high-integrity commitments.
• Provide visibility on targets, commitments and progress; streamline meetings.
• Collaborate with QA for timely, quality deployments via CI/CD.

Job description

Job Description: The Technical Delivery Manager works to ensure the team’s success in delivery, primarily by helping to identify and especially remove impediments impacting the team’s ability to deliver. The Delivery Manager supports multiple cross-functional product teams (squads), and serves as the Scrum Master for each of those product teams.

Responsibilities

Constantly looking to identify impediments early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escalates when needed. Management and tracking of cross team/squad dependencies. Management and tracking of all high-integrity commitments. Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments and progress. Works to minimize meetings and ceremonies, but when they are needed, they are well-run and efficient. Works with QA Engineers to ensure quality work is delivered in a timely manner. Ensure smooth quality deployments through the CI/CD pipelines. Encourages a culture of team-driven decision making and commitment. Encourages team trust and facilitates team building events. Where appropriate, coaches the teams to improve collaboration and outcomes (coaching is the primary responsibility of teams’ managers).

Required Qualifications

5+ years experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager or related role working on large enterprise projects. 3+ years experience working with both Onshore & Offshore development teams. 3+ years experience working with API development teams 2+ years experience validating APIs using Postman, JMeter, SoapUI, or equivalent tool.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to multiple development languages such as Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, Rust, or other modern languages Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or equivalent professional experience or qualifications.

Salary Range: 90300 - 120400
