Job summary

Commence is hiring a Technical Delivery Manager to lead remote, cross‑functional teams delivering data‑centric healthcare solutions. You will own planning, scheduling, and end‑to‑end delivery across engineering, product, and data teams, with a focus on measurable outcomes and minimal blockers.

We seek a hands‑on engineer with cloud‑native and API experience, familiar with Agile practices and tools like Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
3–6 years in technical project management or software delivery with hands‑on engineering background.
Solid understanding of cloud‑native architectures, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
Experience with .NET, Java, React, Python, or JavaScript frameworks.
Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage competing priorities.
Strong communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
Experience with Agile delivery frameworks and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Responsibilities

Own the planning, coordination, and delivery of technical projects.
Translate business requirements into project plans, milestones, and outcomes with engineering leads, product managers, and domain experts.
Drive end‑to‑end project management including scope, scheduling, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
Maintain project tracking, sprint alignment, and reporting for real visibility.
Identify and manage dependencies across software development, data engineering, infrastructure, and delivery teams.
Collaborate with engineering teams on cloud‑native platforms, APIs, and healthcare data solutions.
