Job summary

Zaner-Bloser, a leader in educational curricula and digital resources, seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of software projects across the digital product portfolio. You will bridge product, engineering, QA, and stakeholders to maintain clear scope, realistic plans, and disciplined follow-through.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in software delivery, hands-on Azure DevOps experience, and a strong grasp of .NET backends and Angular frontends.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in project management or related software delivery role.
2+ years leading technical software projects with cross-functional engineering and QA teams.
Experience overseeing software projects for web apps, APIs, or enterprise digital platforms.
Hands-on with Azure DevOps managing backlogs, boards, sprints, releases, dashboards, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Own project planning, scheduling, dependency tracking, risk management, and delivery communication for software initiatives.
Coordinate scope, priorities, milestones, and release expectations with product owners, engineering, QA, UX, stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
Translate business needs into actionable delivery plans, user stories, tasks, acceptance criteria, timelines, and status reporting.
Coordinate QA readiness, test plans, and release/sign-off activities; support API/integration delivery as needed.
