Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in New York, NY seeks a senior Manager to drive large-scale cybersecurity programs. You will lead cross-functional teams across Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Risk to deliver end-to-end projects on time and within budget.

Expect extensive interaction with executives, rigorous governance, and a focus on data protection, IAM, and security compliance in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with enterprise cyber security projects.
• Strong expertise in project management, service delivery, governance, risk & issue management, and change management.
• End-to-end cybersecurity project leadership from planning to closure.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent cybersecurity projects with timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across security, infrastructure, cloud, engineering, risk and compliance.
• Partner with executives and vendors, ensuring governance and reporting excellence.
• Deliver projects across IAM, network, endpoint, vulnerability management and data protection.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with proven experience delivering enterprise Cyber Security projects across large and complex environments.


• Strong expertise in Project Management, Service Delivery, Governance, Risk & Issue Management, and Change Management.


• Proven experience managing end-to-end cybersecurity projects, from planning and estimation through delivery and closure.


• Experience managing multiple concurrent cybersecurity projects, balancing timelines, budgets, resources, and business priorities.


• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams across Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Architecture functions.


• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and executive management skills, with a focus on governance, reporting, and successful project outcomes.


• Experience delivering projects across multiple cybersecurity domains, including IAM, Network Security, Endpoint Security, Vulnerability Management, Data Protection, and Security Governance & Compliance.
