Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace is seeking a Technical Data Associate III in Savannah to support data management initiatives, generate reports, and coordinate data across departments. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills with proficiency in office software and data tools.

You will work with project leaders to prepare data packages, maintain data integrity, and assist in developing documentation and training materials for the function.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 4 years working in an office administrative function supporting data management initiatives.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supports project leaders/management in the creation of data packages/reports and provides end user documentation and procedures to support data management tools.
• Utilizes an understanding of technical data to ensure documentation/reports meet approved procedures.
• Maintains and coordinates technical data to support internal/external customers and/or document/work packages.
• Interacts with senior management as the functional data point of contact.
• Works with internal and external customers to identify, research and resolve data integrity issues.
• Assists in developing manuals and training materials for the function.
• Audits and ensures work complies with organizational requirements and procedures.
• Prepares performance reports, graphs, and charts to report status on new issues, processes, and/or initiatives.
