Job description

DCS has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Data Manager supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PEO Digital Directorate (AFLCMC/HB HBI). The Air Force Program Execution Office for PEO Digital (AFPEO/HB) manages over 130 programs for the USAF and foreign allies, overseeing modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment. The AFLCMC/PEO Digital is headquartered at Hanscom AFB, MA, with units across the US and abroad.

This is a full-time position located at Tinker AFB, OK.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Assist with preparation of TCTOs for configuration changes and inspections, including approval processes.
2. Complete supporting documentation such as Form 873, 874, 875, and coordination sheets.
3. Support configuration control board directives by collaborating with technical content managers on technical order changes.
4. Assist in planning and transitioning to a digital technical order system.
5. Establish, coordinate, document, and justify TO data requirements.
6. Develop methods, plans, and feedback mechanisms for TO management.
7. Review and recommend changes to specifications and regulations, and support related projects.
8. Review TO database products daily and correct data as needed.
9. Track TO system change requests and advise government on further actions.

Required Skills:

• U.S. Citizenship due to sensitive customer requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in a professional discipline with 12 years of related experience, including 5 in the DoD.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Knowledge of systems acquisition principles per DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75, including DoD and Air Force roles and relationships.

Desired Skills:

• Master's Degree in a professional engineering discipline from an accredited program.
• 8 years of related experience, including 3 in a DoD setting.
