Your role will involve monitoring and troubleshooting these bots, identifying missing documents, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, you will contribute to the exciting process of discovering, classifying, migrating, and integrating data from acquisitions into our state-of-the-art Enterprise Content Management system.

Are you the Technical Data Analyst we're looking for?

To thrive as a Technical Data Analyst at Access Sciences, a robust understanding of oil and gas operations, processes, and terminology is essential, particularly with well data. You'll be responsible for executing complete migrations of uncategorized documents to our Enterprise Content Management system, making attention to detail vital. Proficiency in ensuring that all documents are accurately transferred to the correct filing structure and location is crucial for maintaining record completeness. Your ability to execute against an established migration plan from discovery and classification to data quality control will directly impact our success.

Strong analytical and reporting skills are necessary as you'll be defining, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators. Your commitment to regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and fostering relationships with business groups will drive consistency and efficiency. Requirements

  • Knowledge of oil and gas operations, processes, and terminology, especially experience with well data, is a must
  • Complete migrations of uncategorized documents on file shares to the Company's Enterprise Content Management system
  • Ensure documents are transferred to the correct filing structure and location
  • Ensure receipt of all required documents for completeness of records
  • Execute against an established migration plan (i.e., discovery, analysis, classification and mapping, metadata updates and data quality control, migrate content, track completion, and provide reports)
  • Help enable regulatory compliance and progress the organization forward by ensuring important documents are filed for retention
  • Define, track, and report out on key performance indicators and metrics
  • Perform quality assurance of migrated content, including validation of attribute extraction values
  • Drive consistency and efficiency by recommending process improvements
  • Participate in special projects as needed
  • Create rapport and foster healthy relationships with business groups

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must be based in Houston, TX
  • Technically adept, experience with PBI and PowerShell, Spotfire, or Snowflake is
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to learn proprietary systems and applications
  • Knowledge of oil and gas operations related to drilling and well data
  • Excellent people skills and responsive to customer/client requests
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and prioritize multiple complex tasks to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Takes the initiative to learn and grow in our evolving profession
