Job summary

Hercules uses AI agents to help non-technical customers build and scale apps. This is a remote-first role with a strong preference for in-office work in San Francisco, but exceptional remote candidates are welcome.

You will resolve customer app issues end-to-end, debug production problems, and contribute to product improvements while maintaining robust knowledge bases and automated support workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience debugging production issues.
• Strong TypeScript and React knowledge.
• Ability to work in a remote, GMT+2 timezone.
