Job summary

AGCO Corporation's Sparex division is seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative to join our US team in Aurora, OH. The role focuses on assisting dealers with tractor parts applicability, processing returns, and providing technical guidance.

You will use Excel daily, support inbound QA, interact with suppliers and carriers, and collaborate with product and sales managers on new ideas. This on-site role may offer flexible options where available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Customer support or Technical Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to agricultural, automotive or OE industries.
• Experience at an agricultural dealership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to dealers via phone and email on questions related to tractor parts and accessories.
• Review and authorize dealer return requests.
• Interface with dealers and freight carriers on shipping damage issues.
• Work with suppliers on technical product defect issues.
• Assist the inbound warehouse team with technical expertise as part of the inbound QA process.
• Provide guidance to the marketing team specific to technical aspects of agricultural parts.
• Collaborate with the product manager and sales manager on new product ideas based on dealer interactions.

Sparex (a division of AGCO) is currently seeking a Technical Customer Service Rep to join our US team in Aurora, OH. The Technical Customer Service Rep will be responsible for working with dealers on inquiries related to agricultural part applicability and fitment for all makes of tractors and implements. The Technical Customer Service Rep will also work on part returns from dealers and provide technical oversight on inbound products.

Your Impact:

Your Experience and Qualifications:
