Unified Communications Curriculum Developer

The role of Unified Communications Curriculum Developer will be responsible for creating learning content using standard content development applications such as MS Office, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.

Full training will be provided on the Client's products and solutions. The ideal candidate should quickly learn new technology areas and convert that knowledge into clear, effective instructional content.

The successful candidate will work closely with Client's Sales Engineers, Product Managers, and Support Engineers to understand, capture, and disseminate complex technical concepts and practices.

This role offers a dynamic, exciting opportunity in a fast-evolving, high-tech industry, with location flexibility across the US. Bill rates should reflect the worker's region.

Skills and Qualifications

Education/Training

• Degree in IT/Communications technology, instructional design, or educational technology
• Qualifications in instructional design or learning delivery are advantageous
• Vendor certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus

Experience/Knowledge

• Proven experience in instructional design
• Strong technical IT skills, including data networking and Unified Communications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation
• Experience with course development software like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar
• Experience in technical writing, creating instructional texts, scripts for audio/video
• Ability to create and deliver customized training sessions
• Knowledge of Unified Communications technologies such as Polycom, Microsoft, Cisco, BlueJeans is a strong advantage

Languages

• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Additional languages are advantageous
