Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Curriculum Developer to join our Training team, driving scalable training programs across a rapidly evolving product portfolio.

You will partner with SMEs to analyze, design, develop, and deliver training that enables product readiness and customer success, using ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other industry methods. A security clearance and a background in defense or related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or training program management in technical environments.
• Partner with technical SMEs to extract and organize information into structured learning paths.
• Knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, Gange’s, Merrill’s, and other adult learning theories.
• Experience with project management: scope, communications, stakeholder alignment, monitoring, closure.
• Experience creating content for ILT, VILT, eLearning, and performance support tools.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs, engineers, product teams, and operators to identify training requirements and define learning outcomes.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and align programs with business objectives.
• Design curriculum frameworks, course outlines, evaluations, and instructional materials.
• Translate technical information into engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Create content for ILT, e-learning, job aids, and hands-on practicums for Train-the-Trainer and customer delivery.
• Incorporate adult learning theory to drive knowledge retention and performance.
• Partner with content creators and trainers to ensure effective delivery and assessment.
• Maintain version control and compliance with training systems.
