Job summary

AIDA-America Corporation is seeking a Technical Coordinator in Dayton, OH. This full-time role provides technical support and drawings to the Service Leader team, AMS, and Parts as needed to support service projects.

The candidate will prepare professional estimates, manage RFQs, and track service-related quotes. Requirements include an Associate’s Degree in Engineering or related field and 2–5 years in manufacturing, especially stamping/metalforming.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Engineering or related field or relevant experience.
2–5 years of manufacturing experience, especially stamping/metalforming.
Knowledge of stamping press function and design.
Knowledge of metric drawings, clearances and tolerances, assembly drawings, material specifications.

Responsibilities

Supply drawings, technical information, and documentation for the Service team.
Use the AE drawing network system to provide assembly, sub assembly, and component drawings when required.
Create estimates for service projects and manage RFQs to Parts department.
Estimate tracking and management for service requests and approvals.
Update service schedule on behalf of the AMS team.
Manage press manuals and documentation.
Support AMS department to generate proposals.
