• Oversees identification and development of technology solutions for clients using company products or outsourced solutions.
• Manages coordination of activities with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing.
• Cultivates and disseminates knowledge of application development best practices.
• Serves as escalation point for technical issues and follows procedures to resolution.
• Identifies opportunities to improve Best Practices and refine business processes.
• Participates in departmental strategy and business plans.
