Purpose:
Project/Operational Managers or Workstream/Project Leaders applying in-depth knowledge, advanced problem solving skills and an awareness of internal and client priorities to implement project scope and client objectives. Individuals independently apply own judgment to develop conclusions from analyses and apply results to client specific context. Within established parameters, defining new approaches to complex challenges. Works with greater degree of independence, conferring with manager on complex assignments. Leading larger workstreams/areas of assignments, projects and proposals. Increased focus on developing internal team members. Developing and managing client relationships.
