Purpose:

We seek Project/Operational Managers or Workstream/Project Leaders who utilize in-depth knowledge, advanced problem-solving skills, and an understanding of internal and client priorities to implement project scope and objectives. These individuals independently develop conclusions from analyses, apply results contextually, and define new approaches to complex challenges. They work with a higher degree of independence, lead larger workstreams, develop internal team members, and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of smaller assignments/projects, including team and client engagement, setting expectations, and driving accountability. Develop case studies and lead multi-office projects.
  • Begin to interface with higher-level clients, manage relationships, and support account management, building relationships with key decision-makers for future opportunities.
  • Responsible for a portion of project revenue, understanding the impact of successful delivery on current and future revenue.
  • Interface with other workstreams, management, and proactively set priorities for complex, multi-project impacts.
  • Break down and structure complex problems independently and systematically.
  • Work with more independence, updating managers on progress and conferring on complex tasks.
  • Begin to influence organizational direction through conflict resolution and negotiation, assist in team development, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Communicate and present complex proposals and reports to senior management, persuading and influencing others, with a participative and cooperative approach.

Qualifications:

What you will bring:

  • Experienced Power engineer, preferably with Mechanical Engineering background.
  • Knowledge of diverse Power technologies and Owner's Engineering Services.
  • Construction or commissioning experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of project scheduling, Primavera, techno-economic modeling, and contractual knowledge.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and proposal drafting skills.
  • Ability to manage remote multi-office teams and develop project budgets, with a focus on HSE and safety.
