  • Begin to interface with clients at higher levels and support account management by building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Responsible for a portion of project revenue, understanding the impact of successful delivery on revenue.
  • Interface with other workstreams and management, proactively setting priorities for complex, multi-project impacts.
  • Independently analyze and structure complex problems.
  • Work with independence, updating managers on progress, and influencing organizational direction through conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • Develop others, assist in team selection, training, and troubleshooting, and guide workstream strategies.
  • Effectively communicate complex proposals and reports to senior management, persuading and influencing others, with a participative, cooperative team approach.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with project scheduling and Primavera outputs.
  • Flexible, analytical, and techno-economic modeling skills.
  • Team player with ability to manage remote, multi-office teams.
  • HSE awareness, project budget management, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to draft proposals and understanding of project contractual aspects.
