  • Begin to interface with clients at higher levels, manage client relationships, and support account management. Build relationships with key decision-makers for future opportunities.
  • Responsible for a portion of project revenue, understanding the impact of successful delivery on current and future revenue.
  • Interface with other workstreams and management, proactively setting priorities related to complex, multi-project impacts.
  • Systematically break down and structure complex problems.
  • Work independently on complex assignments, updating managers on progress.
  • Handle conflict resolution and negotiation with broader organizational implications, influence organizational direction, and assist in team development.
