Purpose:

Project/Operational Managers or Workstream/Project Leaders apply in-depth knowledge, advanced problem-solving skills, and awareness of internal and client priorities to implement project scope and objectives. They develop conclusions from analyses, apply results to client-specific contexts, and define new approaches to complex challenges. They work with greater independence, lead larger workstreams or projects, and focus on developing internal team members and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Accountability for smaller assignments/projects, including team and client engagement, setting expectations, and driving accountability.
• Begin interfacing with higher-level clients, managing relationships, and supporting account management.
• Responsible for a portion of project revenue, understanding the impact of successful delivery.
• Interface proactively with other workstreams and management, setting priorities for complex situations.
• Break down and structure complex problems systematically.
• Work independently on complex or unusual assignments, keeping managers updated.
• Begin to influence organization direction through conflict resolution and negotiation, assist in team development, and guide strategy.
• Communicate and present complex proposals to senior management, persuade and influence others, and structure presentations with guidance.

Qualifications:

• Experienced Power engineer, preferably with Mechanical Engineering background.
• Cognizant of diverse Power technologies.
• Experience in Owner's Engineering Services and client management.
• Construction or commissioning experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of project scheduling and Primavera outputs.
• Flexible, analytical, with techno-economic modeling skills a plus.
• Team player with remote team management skills.
• HSE awareness and project budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of drafting proposals.
• Knowledge of project contracting.
