Purpose:

We seek project/operational managers and project leaders who utilize in-depth knowledge, problem-solving skills, and an understanding of client priorities to implement project scope and objectives. They work independently, develop new approaches to complex challenges, and lead larger workstreams, focusing on internal team development and client relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Own smaller assignments and projects, engaging with teams and clients, and leading multi-office projects.
• Interface with clients at higher levels, manage relationships, and support business development.
• Contribute to revenue generation and understand the impact of project delivery on financial outcomes.
• Coordinate with other workstreams and management, prioritize complex situations, and structure problems systematically.
• Resolve conflicts, guide team strategies, and communicate complex proposals effectively to senior management.

Qualifications:

What you bring:

• Experienced Power engineer, preferably with Mechanical Engineering background.
• Knowledge of Power technologies, Owner's Engineering Services, and project management tools like Primavera.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with experience managing budgets and drafting proposals.
• Understanding of techno-economic modeling and contractual knowledge is a plus.
