We are transitioning towards more sustainable energy sources while supporting current energy, chemicals, and resources needs.

Purpose:

Project/Operational Managers or Workstream/Project Leaders apply in-depth knowledge, advanced problem-solving skills, and awareness of internal and client priorities to implement project scope and objectives. • Accountability for smaller assignments/projects, including team and client engagement, setting expectations, and driving accountability.
  • Interfacing with clients at higher levels, managing relationships, and supporting account management to foster future business opportunities.
  • Responsible for a portion of project revenue, understanding its impact on overall project success.
  • Collaborating with other workstreams and management, setting priorities for complex, multi-project situations.
  • Analyzing and structuring complex problems independently.
  • Updating managers on project progress and troubleshooting issues, guiding team strategy, and influencing organizational direction.
  • Communicating complex proposals effectively to senior management and influencing decisions, with a participative, cooperative team approach.

Qualifications:

What will you bring:

  • Experienced Power Project Manager with a background in engineering, preferably Mechanical.
  • Knowledge of diverse power technologies and experience in Owner's Engineering Services.
  • Construction or commissioning experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling and Primavera software.
