Purpose

Applying in-depth knowledge, advanced problem solving, and awareness of internal and client priorities to implement project scope and objectives. Developing independent judgment, leading larger workstreams, and fostering internal team development and client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Ownership of smaller assignments/projects, including team and client engagement, and developing case studies.
  • Engaging with clients at higher levels, managing relationships, and supporting account growth.
  • Responsible for a portion of project revenue, understanding its impact on business outcomes.
  • Interfacing with other workstreams, managing priorities, and addressing complex situations.
  • Breaking down and structuring complex problems independently.
  • Conferring with managers on complex assignments, updating on progress.
  • Resolving conflicts, influencing organizational direction, and guiding team strategy.
  • Communicating complex proposals effectively to senior management, persuading and influencing others.
Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • Experienced Power Engineer, preferably with Mechanical Engineering background.
  • Knowledge of diverse power technologies and owner's engineering services.
  • Construction/commissioning experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of project scheduling, Primavera, and techno-economic modeling.
  • Team player with remote team management skills.
  • HSE awareness, project budgeting, and proposal drafting skills.
  • Knowledge of project contractual arrangements.
