Purpose

Leads or manages workstreams, projects, or proposals with in-depth knowledge, problem-solving skills, and awareness of client priorities. Independently develops conclusions, applies results to client contexts, and defines new approaches to complex challenges, working with greater independence and developing internal teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Owns smaller projects, engages with teams and clients, and develops case studies.
  • Interfaces with clients at higher levels, manages relationships, and supports business development.
  • Responsible for a portion of project revenue and understands its impact.
  • Coordinates with other workstreams and management, setting priorities for complex situations.
  • Breaks down complex problems systematically and works independently, updating managers on progress.
  • Handles conflict resolution and negotiation with broader organizational implications, and develops others.
  • Communicates complex proposals effectively to senior management, persuades, influences, and structures presentations and workshops.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • Experienced Power engineer, preferably with Mechanical Engineering background.
  • Knowledge of diverse power technologies and owner's engineering services.
  • Construction or commissioning experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of project scheduling, Primavera, techno-economic modeling, and contractual knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills, team player, and ability to manage remote teams.
  • HSE awareness, budget management, and proposal drafting skills.
