What you´ll do

  • Be responsible for complex customer projects and ensure their technical excellence and successful implementation
  • Implement best practices and continuously optimize existing solutions to increase efficiency and performance, in close collaboration with the team
  • Lead customer meetings, technical workshops, and solution discussions to promote solution adoption and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct customer meetings, technical workshops and solution discussions to drive adoption and increase customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate technical design discussions with operations teams, product management and the Enterprise Integration Services team
  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions based on established patterns, frameworks and modern technologies
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and continuously optimize solution performance to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Empower customers through consulting, training and best practice recommendations to ensure effective use of services and maximum added value

What you'll need

  • A completed apprenticeship or degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field – alternatively, an equivalent qualification with proven hands-on experience
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role or working with technical methodologies and frameworks
  • Practical experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, and ideally with AI / ML technologies
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving complex business challenges
  • Knowledge of web services and API’s and related programming techniques (REST / SOAP API, JSON, XML / XSL)
  • Passion for emerging technologies, continuous learning, and working in an agile environment
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills to design and implement innovative, scalable solutions
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ambition to drive change and ensure successful project delivery
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit – you enjoy working cross-functionally with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
