• Progress from Associate to Consultant in under two years, guiding architecture projects.
• Develop tooling and automation for delivery workflows and DevOps pipelines.
• Design backend logic and data migrations for global life sciences clients.
• Support and mentor teammates with transparent, actionable feedback.
